Position Summary:
The Paid Media Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across various digital channels, including social, search, display, video, and programmatic platforms. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, experience with paid media buying, and the ability to develop and execute data-driven strategies that maximize performance. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure campaign success. The Paid Media Manager will also oversee media budgeting, reporting, and optimization to ensure efficiency and ROI-driven results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, and programmatic DSPs.
  • Develop and manage audience segmentation strategies to optimize campaign performance.
  • Continuously analyze campaign data and key performance metrics to make data-driven optimizations.
  • Provide strategic recommendations on budget allocations and media mix.
  • Monitor and adjust campaign pacing, ensuring efficient budget utilization and delivery against KPIs.
  • Research and implement new paid media strategies to enhance performance.
  • Prepare and present media plans, performance reports, and competitive analyses to internal teams and clients.
  • Collaborate with PR, Social, Creative, and Business Intelligence teams to integrate campaigns for a holistic marketing approach.
  • Train and mentor junior team members in best practices for paid media execution and optimization.
  • Manage billing, invoicing, and budget tracking for paid media campaigns.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in digital media planning, buying, and optimization.
  • Proficiency in ad platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and programmatic DSPs.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, or Tableau.
  • Ability to function effectively under tight deadlines and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Experience in developing KPIs, tracking success metrics, and utilizing tagging for campaign measurement.
  • Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience managing media budgets and optimizing campaigns for ROI.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
  • Familiarity with media planning tools such as SRDS, Kantar, or SEMrush is a plus.

$55,000-$70,000 base salary range, exclusive of fringe benefits. Final compensation will be determined based on geographic location, skills, education, and experience.
